Title: Turkey Potato Pancakes

Yield: 15 Pancakes

3		Eggs
3	c	Shredded raw potatoes
1 1/2	c	Finely chopped turkey
1 1/2	ts	Grated onion
1	tb	Flour
1 1/2	ts	Salt

Mix all ingrdients and use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, spreading mixture to a 4 inch circle on oiled griddle or saute pan. Cook brown on each side. Good way to use up leftover turkey.
